Ristorante Montecucco has always offered simple, authentic cuisine inspired by the oldest\r\nrural traditions: first courses made with homemade pasta, fragrant roasts cooked in the old wood-fired oven, and rich grilled meats that evoke the flavors and good eating of yesteryear.\r\n\r\nAll meats served at Ristorante Montecucco come exclusively from our own farm: free-range Marchigiana beef cattle, sheep and goats, poultry (roosters, hens, geese, ducks, capons, turkeys), and, of course, pigs, from which we obtain the wide variety of cured meats offered on our menus.\r\n\r\nThe animals are raised in non-intensive environments and fed natural feed to enhance the flavor of the meat and guarantee its authenticity.
