Panificio Marconi
The historic bakery located in Piagge, a town in the hinterland of Marche. Founded in 1956 by Marconi Carlo and later managed by his sons Enzo and Alberto.
In 2007 the Bakery changes management passing into the hands of Galdenzi Davide, Galdenzi Barbara and Bramucci Erica, still current managers who maintain the original characteristics of ancient dough and processes, passion for work, attention to traditional tastes, the craftsmanship of processes and attention to detail, a wide selection of cakes and baked goods for all tastes...all by simplifying operations and adapting processes to new production methods and times, introducing Pizza to the plate and cut.
